Kommers is intuitive and easy to use. The features that many use in the organisation should be done without any education. In terms of seatching a contract in the contract module or to order items in the internal Web Shop. That requires no education.

System administrators, web shop administrators, procurers or purchasers officers requires formal training to familiarized with the system. Even direct procurers may need a short introduction training course that alternatively can be made by the customer.
