Kommers Lexpress

In cooperation with Lexpress AB, Primona offers a legal case database called Lex Total Upphandling. It contains all convictions under the Public Procurement Act as from 2007, from all the county administrative courts, Länsrätterna/Förvaltningsrätterna, Kammarrätterna, Regeringsrätten/Högsta domstolen and European court of justice.

The legal case database is updated continuously. The entire case decision is scanned and OCR-decoded, which makes the entire body of text searchable. The service includes over 15300 documents (June 2015) that concern public procurements. Where appropriate it also includes the subordinate decisions. A news letter and monitoring is included.

Samtliga avgöranden är fullt sökbara i fritext. Det är möjligt att avgränsa sökningarna på t.ex. företagsuppgifter och avgörande.
Det går att filtrera på underinstansen dom i fulltext, saken och datum. Filtrera på tidsintervaller, målnummer, domstol, klagande samt ombud.
Rättsinformation i form av förarbeten, lagstiftning, propositioner, SOU:er, lagrådsremisser, SFS:er etc, inom det aktuella området, integrerat i helheten, fullt sökbart i fritext.
Bevakningstjänsten Lex Press Legala Ord som flera gånger per dag genomsöker samtliga nya rättsfall efter specifika ord eller uttryck. Om det eftersökta ordet ingår i en ny dom, skickas information med mail direkt till användarens e-post.
Nyhetsbrevet Lex Press Upphandling, som distribueras via e-post. LexPress jurister granskar nya avgöranden, väljer ut principiellt viktiga mål och skriver sammanfattande artiklar om dessa.

All court decisions are fully searchable in free text. It is possible to narrow down the searches, for example business data and decisions.
You can filter by e.g. time intervals, case number, court, complainants and representatives.
Legal information in the form of preliminary work, legislation, bills, SOU's, referrals, SFS: s, etc. are available in the area concerned, fully searchable in free text.
The monitoring service Lex Press Legala Ord is updated several times per day, in case there is new cases. An e-mail is sent to the user.
The newsletter Lex Press Upphandling, distributed as e-mail is included. LexPress lawyers review the new findings, selects fundamentally important cases and write comprehensive articles decsribing the cases.
