Kommers Complaint

If a supplier does not deliver according to contract or misbehaves in any other way, then Kommers Complaints Module is used to administrate complaint services until it is resolved. The service is automatically connected to the supplier.

The complaint can be initiated by an employee in the organisation and then administered by a purchaser. A complaint service may be escalated to a penalty cases handled in Kommers Sanctions Module.
